April 29 18:22 2014

vote1New Delhi, Tuesday, April 29 – After seeing a commendable voter turnout in the past 6th phases of polling, the nation gears up for the 7th phase, wherein voters will cast their ballots as 89 constituencies will go to polls on Wednesday. Electors can exercise their franchise in Bihar (7 seats), Gujarat (26 seats), Andhra Pradesh (17 seats), Jammu & Kashmir (1 seat), Punjab (13 seats), Uttar Pradesh (14 seats), West Bengal (9 seats) and Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu contesting on 1 seat apiece.

If polling up till now is kept in mind, then it is apparent that voters are now more cautious before voting in favor of desired candidates. Beside this, participation of young squad and first time electors is a good sign as it is clear that all Indian nationals do not want to be ruled by a government, which fails to give a breather to inflation, crime in different districts and corruption.

Results of 2014 Lok Sabha elections are eyeing not only by the contending parties, but also by the common mob. Record voting symbolizes that people have faith in democracy. Both rural and urban polling stations are witnessing big lineup and the same scenario is anticipated to appear tomorrow as well since a considerable total of electorate will decide the fate of big names belonging to Bharatiya Janata Party, Indian National Congress, Bahujan Samaj Party, Samajwadi Party and so on. Security measures are tight for peaceful voting in poll-bound states.
