Beezer Celebrates New Partnership with Earth Day Network

February 13 21:30 2020

Beezer, the innovative Scottish app creation company, has partnered with the Earth Day Network to help with The Canopy Project’s ambitious goals in the build-up to the 50th anniversary of Earth Day.

The app makers may be known for making it easy for anyone to create their own mobile app, but now they’re making it easier to make a world a little greener with their promise to plant a tree for every Beezer app created in 2020.

With every app creation, Beezer is promising to match new paid subscribers with a $1 donation to Earth Day Network. That donation matches the cost of getting a new tree planted somewhere in the world.

The team at Beezer say that they have a wish to get as many trees planted as possible this year, especially the overall campaign looking to plant 7.8 billion trees around the world. This news comes after the relaunch of their website, which provides free Progressive Web App (PWA) technology to the general public.

About Earth Day Network

Earth Day Network is the world’s largest environmental recruiter with more than 75,000 partners in nearly 192 countries. They enable businesses to find an easy path towards being greener. This partnership with Beezer sees the company looking to make planting a tree as easy as making an app.

About Beezer

Beezer is an Edinburgh based PWA provider, enabling anyone and any business to create a free mobile app that works on both Android and Apple devices. With both free and paid subscription models, Beezer drastically reduces the costs for companies who would otherwise need to hire app developers on an ongoing basis.

Having risen to prominence after an appearance on the BBC show Dragon’s Den, Beezer is helping businesses and local community groups engage with their customer base through an affordable app platform.
